BirdLasser Introduction

Graeme Hatley will present an informal workshop on the use of the BirdLasser App and how this applies to the second South African Bird Atlas Project (SABAP2). We would like to encourage members to participate as this will add quality to your birding experiences and you will be contributing to citizen science on the distribution of birds.

The following topics will be covered:

• how to setup and use the app;
• creating trip cards and recording observations;
• importing your existing observations and life lists; and
• a brief introduction into SABAP2 and atlassing.
